    Custody
My daughter is 9 and she doesn't want to live a week in a different house. She wants to go to her father weekends only. We have been separated for 3 months and what are the chances the judge will decide 70% to me? I have been her caretaker all her life!

Very slim and in fact you should be working to make this a positive thing to do, find out why and try working with ex to make it a productive time.

At just 3 months it is doubtful the court will even hear the motion, but there has to be a reason for the change, and a father getting joint custody is very common. In fact if they could believes you are suggesting this or talking negative about going to the fathers he could use that against you.

At 9 it is unlikely they will listen to your daughter's preferences.
