I have a whitish and 2 dark birthmarks I want gone.I heard of laser surgery but I don't really want to do that considering my age.Ive done the makeup but it doesn't remove it.I want them off my body.

Then you have to see a dermatologist... and see if there are any feasible alternatives as they can actually see you and the birthmarks and your exact skin type.
