At 2/3 weeks late you are not really "pregnant" as such.
Numerous things can delay your cycle and many others can mean pregnancy does not continue.

What makes you think you are 2-3 weeks? It is almost impossible to confirm pregnancy at that point.

There is no way to even know you are 2 week pregnant, you would not have missed a period yet, there are no signs of pregnancy at 2 week.

So I agree what makes you think you are pregnant.

But if you are pregnant and bleeding go to doctor at once.
