I just had my prior tax return done online for 2010 I was living in sc worked in sc came to md for 4 or 5 months, I have a nonresident for md where do I send that and do I have to send them all the tax returns state and federal with copy of sc w2.

You are NOT a non-resident of Maryland; you are a part-year resident. BIG DIFFERENCE, because a non-resident pays NO local income taxes, while a part-year resident does.
