My dog is a 11 year old Shih tzu. She was perfectly fine yesterday, but today when I got home I noticed she was shaking a little bit, and that she had thrown up. She has thrown up a few more times since I've been home. She will not eat anything, not even her favorite treat. I got her to drink a little bit of water. But that's all. I wish I knew what was wrong with her. Please help.

She might have eaten or swallowed something she shouldn't have. Can you get her to a vet (emergency clinic) tonight yet or by morning?

Only a vet can tell you what's going on. You should get her to the vet asap, it may be too late if you wait until morning, especially if she swallowed something or ate something she shouldn't have.

It could be old age or she could have a blockage. Either way unfortuanatly only your vet can be 100% Fingers crossed it's nothing serious.
