Need to know where to hook spring for brake and clutch drive pedal..

Hi,
I gather you mean item #17 in the picture. It attaches to the brake arm on the transaxle at the rear on the right and to item #13 ferrule at the front and the cotter pin that goes through the hole in the ferrule to hold the spring in place has been left out but there is a hole for it on the end nearest the spring.
