There are 3 Chilled water pump duty and 1 pump standby. Serving at 4 buildings with 5 floors each and 1 tower with 15 floors. They installed 1 pressurization pump at the pump room and 1 at the top of the 3rd small building. On the tower, there is no water flow from 13th floor to roof top.

Is there a need to installed pressurization pump? What other solution we can do?
