The pressure coming from my hot water in the kitchen is much less than the cold. The faucet is only about 10 feet from the hotwater heater in the garage. Pressure in the bathrooms seems fine. What should I be looking for?

Partial blockage in the hot water side. Single or two handle faucet? Is this something new? Any plumbing work been done lately? Insure that hot water stop valve under the counted is completely open.
