It's a Payne unit, The outside unit froze up and the heat has not work. When I turn it on there is a click at the outside unit. A/c unit come on,but, it's not cool air coming out. What do I do?

If you will give us a better description I may be able to help you. Does the outside unit run, including the outside and inside fans? Is the inside unit clean? When were the coils last cleaned? It has to be done each year unless you have a HEPA filter.
