Water in shower does not get very hot
My single handle tub/shower installed around 2 years ago. The water in shower only gets warm not hot at all, The water in the rest of the sinks gets very hot. What is wrong with the shower?

    Hi Poochokid

If this is something that has been going on since the shower valve was installed (2 years ago) then most likely the TEMPERATURE LIMITING DEVICE (usually located under the handle or under the trim plate) needs to be adjusted to increase max. hot water to the valve... ;)

If the problem just started then you likely have debris in the hot inlet of the mixing valve

Poochokid, it looks like you just gave me an inaccurate rating, what gives. My answer covers an issue like yours that wasn't always there
