    Teen sex
I am 16 years old and I have NEVER had sex. I know that this is normal however I have a problem. I have a girlfriend of over a year and a half (She knows the days I just agree). She has talked to me about sex before and she has mentioned her curiosity. She will not talk to me about it directly. She always brings it up in a side conversation. She'll lead me on about it for days then just drop it and pretend she never said it. Worse yet, one our other friends had sex for the first time and told her it was amazing and all that. Now she wants it more but when I try to talk to her about it she just blows me off. I know she wants me to be her first. I guess what I want to know is... WHAT DO I DO NOW??

Just because she wants it, does not mean you have to give it too her. If she can not wait or just wants to do this because her friends are doing it then she will regret whatever decisions she makes.

Honestly, First times are not amazing. First times for both are usually very weird and odd. People think it is easy but it takes lots and lots of practise.

So all these stories are just stories and if she believes these stories she is just going to be disappointed. It is better for you in my opinion to wait until you are at least 18 before you both decide to have that experience.

DO NOT DO ANYTHING RASH. If she does not want to wait and you decide to wait and she moves on then she was not worth it anyway.

    Best wishes for you.

Many people will want and ask you to do a lot of things throughout your life. The important thing is to have your own morals and values and to not worry about what "others" will want or think.

At the end of the day you have to like and respect the person you see in the mirror.

Thanks for the help. I'll be sure to make a decision that I won't regret later.

Remember that sex, no matter the birth control can lead to parenthood. Just a gentle reminder.

Well... I think you should follow your feelings.
You know she feels like it... What about you?
If you do... then you should make her see that by the way you act...
And remember to talk with her about it whenever she does.. And not just Make-It-Happen... In my opinion that is very important. And that is what some guys don't do.

Don't rush into it, no need to rush, as said before, 1st times isn't great. Think mine lasted a marathon time of about one minute... (thats being genrous)...

If you and her do decide to do it. Make sure its somewhere nice, safe, and use 2 forms of contraception (condom + pill usually)...

But explain to your girlfriend that there is no need to rush into it because her friends are doing it. I am 22 and a guy, I didn't loose my virginity until I was 19... and I wish I waited longer...
