Faster and better than a laxative. If you can't be there, he can try himself. Or he can buy a laxative. A lot of laxatives are awful because they work suddenly, with an urgent rush and discomfort, several hours after taking them.

Meth can kill in many ways. I can't believe that you came here a month ago and didn't mention it. This shows that both of you are so clueless that he should go to a hospital NOW. And that should include a direct trip to rehab after the medical problems are treated.
