I just want to know if using skin bleach before getting a tattoo will affect the tattoo? I used the bleach for about two months and then stopped using the bleach for a month then got a tattoo.. but the tattoo healed and ended up looking ugly! Did the bleach have something to do with this?

Yes the bleach compromised the ink that was used.
