OK so I was spotting about two weeks ago but only for that day. Also I been having a lot of discharge and its been whiteish yellow and still no period also I have lost 24 pounds in 2 weeks without trying please help I don't have healthcare to go to a doctor and get checked out

Well you may not have health care but you need to find a way to get to the doctor,
This sounds like some type of infection, no way to know without testing,
Is there a clinic, local that may be cheaper
