Well I've been feeling really tired I've been eating more then usual and I've had headaches I'm not sure but looks like I have some whiteish spot in my nipple and I got my period yesterday it was dark brown and I was kind of worried today It turned red and I haven't gotten any cramps but my stomatch does feel weird with a little pain I don't know but it's weird, could I be pregnant or maybe having a miscarriage?

Yes pregnancy and miscarrying are both possible.my advice is talk to your doctor asap!
