My husband wants to remain living in FL. I want to move back to the state that we came from 1 year ago. He refuses to move back. Can I move back and file for a divorce there? (I know I would have to live there 6 months) I do not want to stay in FL.
How can I leave without him claiming I abandoned him?

You can file from any place you are a legal resident of (check because it sometimes requires living there a certain amount of time)... but you can't have it both ways... if YOU pack up and move then YOU actually are the one doing the abandoning.
