Though I have regular periods and also me and my partner do have sex during ovulation then what's wrong in me why am I not able to conceive one from past 6 months. Please help!!

It can take a healthy couple properly tracking ovulation and timing sex over a year to conceive at times. So 6 months is just getting started.

Are you tracking your ovulation using body temp and testing ( not silly online charts)
And then properly with holding from sex and timing sex for best chance.

Also there is nothing wrong with YOU< you have to get that out of your head.
Also has the man had his sperm count tested ?
