For 3months I have been experiencing nausea, extreme abdominal bloating, exhaustion, discomfort and pain during intercourse and vaginal odor. For a while I was also experiencing diarrhea. I am getting an endoscopy and colonoscopy but I want to make sure that is not something to do with my reproductive system. Can you help?

I'm 18 and have seen my gp who referred me to a gastroanteroligist

You should still see an OB/Gyn for an exam and possibly a pelvic ultrasound to rule out cervical or ovarian issues.
