How do I release the hose from the faucet on the kitchen lady Liz? I have it loose from the top and the washer off but still on the hose. I can't get the spray hose to release.

Hose is connect to faucet under the counter with snap connection.
See this installation video. Hose is connected at 12.34.
To disconnect push up on collar or push the green release button while pulling down on hose.

Thank you for the response. We found the flats for the wrench under the hose. It was not a wick connect but threaded. Thanks.
