I had my last monthly on 12/18/2012 and then I was told I had blood in my urine( I had little spotting for 4 or 5 days) and I still haven't had my monthly.. is there a possibilitie that I could be pregnant? Should I go take a pregnancy test?

Blood in your urine has nothing to do with being pregnant unless it's a problem pregnancy.

If you had sex, protected or unprotected, yes, you could be pregnant. Buy a HPT and use it according to the directions.

So your period is about 2 week late, it would be a good time to take a pregnancy test, do it first thing in a morning, with first urine of the morning
