I have been trying to get pregnant for 4 years , and have had no luck doing it the traditional way. There is no medical explanation of why I cant, but I am hoping that with some fertility vitamins my dreams of becoming a mother can finally come true.

You said there is no medical reason... that means you BOTH have had all the tests run by a fertility clinic then?

You have tracked your ovulation with medical means ( temp) and only had sex on most fertile times ?
You need to discuss this with the doctor
