No hot water out of our shower just a trickle of cold water but only in the shower it is fine everywhere else... woke up this morning to flowing water out of the tub (not smelly just clear water) and the sink and the toilet... yesterday we had the septic tank drained or emptied this morning it was like this we put heaters under the trailer to thaw out the pipes but what is causing this?

First rewrite your post using capital letters and punctuation. I can't tell where one sentence ends and the next begins. Right now all you have is a lot of words strung together and I don't know what you are saying.

It sounds like you are saying that you had your septic tank pumped yesterday. It also sounds like you are saying that your pipes were frozen and you thawed them by placing heater under trailer.

Where is the water coming from? It sounds like you are saying it is coming up from the drains. That is not logical because if it were it would overflow the tub and toilet before it came up to the sink.
