My Kenmore electric dreyer stopped spinning since my son has put his shoes into dry but still blows the hot air, is there a reset button or what can I do to fix it myself? I was thinking to unplug it for awhile to see if it would just reset itself just like other electrical appliances but I wanted to ask first

Shoes shouldn't be a problem. Sounds like you might have a broken belt or idler pulley.

You will have to tear it down to see the problem. You could have a broken belt.
