Look in your router configuration settings. By default most broadcast their SSID info so you (or someone you had in to work on your network) likely turned it off.

Once you get that sorted out you can manage your phone from your PC with KIES Air.

No not this one and my Android phone is asking for the SSID and can't find it

Well you would have done the same as you did for any other device you connected to your wireless network.
Looks like you'll have to access the configuration page.
