You don't need an Attorney - file in Court and request support. I'm sure you are referring to the Court-ordered amount, not a Court-appointed amount.

Your divorce Attorney should be handling this aspect for you as part of the divorce. What does he/she say?

My atty says nothing - I hoping to get an emergency hearing soon
OH he won't comply with filing 2011 taxes. He now plans on filing alone ?
I've asked for help with the IRS and no one is able to . I'm asuming he's trying to hide his income , stock earings & any other accts as well . Anything I can do to search on my own?

The Court will force him to reveal his income. You cannot force him to file jointly with you.

Your Attorney should be more responsive than he/she is. Follow up with him/her.

And, no, you are not entitled to his IRS info.

Divorce and child support can take over a year or longer in gwinnett to get though to a final hearing, I have heard of some taking longer. Ga is fairly simple on support, unless you are asking for a lot more, what he pays is based on a state form. So unless you are asking for more, that should be easy to solve, once custody is solved.

It is all based on wages and he is required to give that information, if you can prove he is lying to the court, you present that information.

If he is behind, you file for contempt and take him back to court.

Also you can go talk to the DA about filing for abandoment
