My chihuahua had puppies 5 weeks ago today. For the past week she has been sick. She is still eating and drinking, however she's also been throwing up. Also, she looks like she doesn't feel good. She just lays around not very active.

Given how recently she had puppies, I wouldn't waste time trying to figure this out for yourself. Take her to the vet to eliminate anything serious and make sure she doesn't have an issue that could impact the puppies. Bring the puppies with you, too.

The only thing you can do is take her to the vet. As a breeder you must have money set aside. I know you spent a good chunk of it on genetic testing before you bred your prize winning dog, but you would still have set aside at least $5000 for any complication during the pregnancy, delivery, and for the checkups during and after, as all breeders do. So it's time to use some of that money to take her to the vet.
