I have brown discharge coming out of anus that looks like mucus.. it happened around 6 times the past 3 days, I don't know what it is, my gyno is on vacation, and I have no pain

It's a bit of mucous-y feces and is common enough. It could just be something you ate. You could be getting lactose intolerant (that's what it seems to be for me, and I'm in my 60s). Unless other symptoms start, I would save it for your next doctor visit.

If it is coming out your anus, Gyno can't help you. You need a proctologist. This does not have serious, and probably only a product of your lower bowel.

Is this an involuntary thing? Or do you only notice it before or after a bowel movement?

It first happened to me 3 days ago, at night time. And since 3 days ago it has happened around 6 times. It seems as if I need to go to the bathroom and poop but when I try it comes out little by little and the toilet has around 4-5 brown drops that look like mucus. It doesn't come out on its own, like I would have to pressure it to come out. It doesn't hurt, it doesn't burn. At the time I am also on my period. I just feel a bit bloated but... that could be just from my period.

I am 66. I have had this happen probably 15 times (for a few days at a time) in the last 40 years.
This is NOT to say to someone that it means nothing but a little mucous. All I'm saying is that it is common and usually means nothing. It's like a headache usually means nothing - there is always a rare situation that hasn't become evident yet.

I have to agree with joy, because it has happened to me too over the years; no pain, just dribbles, but I still have regular bowel movements every day. In fact it has been happening over last two days. I put it down to what I am eating; I know my body well enough not to worry about it.
