Im 22 and married with 2 boys, I have had the Mirena for almost 3 years and I think that I'm pregnant. I'm having symptoms mood swings, food cravings, and slight weight gain out of no where. I haven't had a period in months and I am scared to pee on a stick.and I don't want to tell my husband.Any one in my situation?

You are going yo have to take that HPT. Pregnancy with the mirena can be dangerous, even life threatening.

I doubt anyone else here is married with 2 small chldren, on Mirena, thinks she might be pregnant, is afraid to test and doesn't want to tell her husband. He hasn't realized you haven't had your period in over two months?

I'm sure you know that the only way to know if you're pregnant is to test. No means of birth control is 100% effective. That's why two methods of birth control are recommended if you absolutely, positively don't want to get pregnant. You need to test, either yourself or ask your Physician. You are endangering your health.

You also need to share this with your husband. Whether he's upset pregnancy takes two people.

Why are you afraid to test - or to tell him?

EDIT: I just read that Mirena is "approximately" 99% effective. That means 1 out of every 100 women will become pregnant on Mirena.
