Can I travel if I have a low placenta in 4th month pregnancy?
    Hi,

I have low placenta in 4th month ultrasound. Now am running in 5th month.
I have to travel at 3hrs distance. Is it safe to travel?

    Please help.

The person to ask is your Physician - I think it's both foolish and dangerous to give advice of this nature on the Internet. We do have an experienced delivery RN on AMHD. She will have far more insight than I do.

I agree with Judy. While it should be okay to travel 3 hours away, I don't know the degree of your low lying placenta nor do I know the rest of your medical or maternity history, or how you plan on traveling or even how long you will be away.

Your doctor is the best one to advise you on this.
