We can't diagnose you online but yes, it could be. It could be anything really. You will need to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

If the lump is along the bikini or panty line along your inner thigh, it could be a swollen lymph gland. This generally signals that the lymph gland is fighting an infection in your body. The discharge can also be a sign of an infection, so you need to go to a gynecologist and get checked out. You might just need some antibiotics, or may need other treatment depending on what's going on, or the doctor may find it's nothing that requires intervention and will go away on it's own. If it's an infection though, you will want to treat it right away, so go to the doctor ASAP.

Agreed, the discharge appears by your discription to be an infection, women get many different ones. It can also be a STD, but that will just not be known till you are seen by a doctor.

We did not even suggest a sexually transmitted disease, women get dozens of other discharge issues. As a women and as it appears sexually active, you have a larger need for regular medical check ups
