I take EtG testing for my probation and recently the place I have to test at decided that the sealed plastic cup where too expensive. Now they are using regular Dixiecups that sit out in the bathroom uncovered all day. I have heard people say that they are getting positive test and have not had a drink! Is this a legit argument to get the test overturned?
