Me and my husband is legally married here in Philippines. We're both converted to islam but we didn't get married in islam. My husband is in Qatar right now and I found out that a filipino girl whose working in canada went to Qatar and got converted to islam and got married with my husband.


Is there something that I can do to have this girl deported from Canada?

Where are you living ? In Islam is he not allowed more than one wife ? In Qatar is he allowed multiple wives ?
Does the new wife know he is already married ?

Your husband, quite simply, is a legal bigamist. Canada doesn't care about religion when it comes to bigamy. Your husband cannot be married to two women legally at the same time.

She, unless she's married to someone else, is without legal fault.

I suppose an argument could be made about her agreeing to an illegal marriage, knowing he's already married, but I doubt anyone will care. He's the one who committed the crime.
