So, uh, why do you need to know this? You planning on breaking someone's arm or are you looking to do it yourself to get out of doing something?

Look at the bone structure and the tensile strength of bones. For wrists, it isn't so much that the wrist bones are broken, but that you break and rip the ligaments and tendons holding everything together. Do a little research on how strong those are and you will get your answer.
