I have had the mirena iud for about 7 months now. I didn't check for my strings until a few weeks ago and I couldn't find them. I know some people don't get their period with the Mireya but I Usually I start spotting during my period and I haven't yet this month, I'm about 2 weeks late, but again some people don't get their period with the IUD. I feel very nauseous lately, and have been having pains and cramps in my uterus. I have also been getting some bad headaches and urinating slighty more than usual ! Help!
