Going though a 5 year divorce
I am in TN and legally married, separated for 5 years now, been to court 3 times and she has won all 3 times. I have spent a ton of money in Attorney fees and I just want out of this marriage. She has lied, under oath and done everything possible to trick everyone. I am now living with a woman that I have basically been with about 5 years as well. HOW do I get her to sign the papers?

    Hello Cordova from Brighton!!

Is that all there is left to do, just sign the papers? What has your attorney recommended?

There is really nothing you can do but to keep going back to court and try and get the judge to order the divorce. 3 times don't seem like many times in court, Normally you do that the first month and would have been in court dozens of times over 5 years.

She is wanting something or just does not want you to get a divorce.
Does she want you to move back in ? Does she want some property you have not given her ?
