HELLO, how can I improve my communication skill and english speaking skill.. (by internet if it can)

Learning how to speak any language is best accomplished with day to day activities; getting out and speaking to people, learning how to think in the language and respond to answers and ask questions. This cannot be learned on the internet.

Actually tickle, there are companies that you pay that provides English tutors who teach you by SKYPE. There are several very good companies.

Skype is not as good as a first hand teacher in person, since connections poor at times, but it is a option.

Yes I know there are people to teach, tutor whatever; but I always learn a language better by being immersed in it socially. I have never paid to learn a language, I guess that is where I am coming from suggesting the social way.

Son is still learning german in class in Munich because his company is paying for it, but he finds he is learning better going for a beer after work with other employees. He is starting to think in german, which is a good.

Skype, well I find connections good from over there all the time.
