My friend is trying starve herself to death because her sisters call her a diseased cow. And an ugly fat... Everyone calls her a whore. But she looks anorexic and she is really pretty. Me and my friend are stalling her so now she is eating again but very little cause her sisters eat her food. The question is whether she is going to start again... she is really stressing me.
Are her parents aware of what's going on? If she has an eating disorder, there's very little that you can do to help. She needs professional help, therapy. As a friend, there's nothing you can do. Let her parents know your concern.
How old she is ?
If a child or teen, tell her parents, tell a teacher, tell someone tell everyone, till someone gets her professional help

It never gets easier kiddo. Even as an adult, if someone you love is determined to hurt themselves, there's very little you can do. You can offer to help, and hope they accept that help. You can pay for therapy, and hope that it works. But ultimately, it's up to them.Quote:

And ultimately, there may be times when you are older that you are just unable to help someone that really wants to hurt themselves... and this can affect you if you let it. You have to do what you can and after that, let it go.
When I was in HS, I had a friend that hung himself. It affected me for a while until I realized that it was beyond my control.
