Im 9 weeks pregnant according to lmp 11/20/12 been spotting brownish now yesterday red went to er made an ultrasound and hcg test which hcg level went from 01/22/13 6761 to 01/25/13 5658 my u/s findings uterus 7.3x4.5x4.4 cm, gestational sac 17x17mm, yolk sac 8 mm, small fetal pole 3mm but no heartbeat is this a 100% miscarriage or can it be a miscalculation in my lmp? Im terrified
