Blows heat fine until it reaches temperature its set at, then shuts off but fan blows cold air constantly cooling it down

The problem is probably in the thermostat or the fan setting. Try this little trick: Turn the power off at the main disconnect and wait 15 seconds. Restart the unit. If that doesn't solve your problem, you need a professional hvac repair.
