I was notified I have a "review hearing"?
Two years ago I got a dui which was changed to a 'reckless driving'. Thus I'm considered "deferred".. meaning I had to go to alcohol treatment for two years.

    I have been compliant.
No dirty ua's.. and I've gone to 8 AA meetings a month for the past two years.

My last treatment class is in a month and a half.

Is a review hearing just to make sure I've been in compliance the past two years?
I'm sure it is. But.. im just looking for other opinions.

My last review hearing was around two years ago.. in which the judge actually told me "good job!"..

It can mean different things to different courts

Is this hearing with the court or with the counseling ?

With the court normally means it reviews your compliance and is ready to end your probation

    Hello, Fr_Chuck!

Its with the courts. I was on two years "unsupervised" probation as well. So I think you are right about it being the end of my probation.

I have a month and a half left of treatment. Because two years ago I started treatment a month or two after my sentencing.

Yes, about a month or two before, they often review everything, and set it all up to be finished. This is common. I would be sure to have copies of all of the documents, that way if they have something missing, you have copies

Well just an update. My case was dismissed today. Thanks for the quick answer, Fr_Chuck. I can continue with my life. And continue making better choices. :)
