It was around 2000ish maybe as late as 2002 it was in the uk chart and the music video featured a girl dancing on roller skates in what looked like an ice rink, all I can remember is that she had a lot of freckles and the song had something to do with sunshine and possibly sung in a girls voice and possibly an ELO cover/remix but I maybe completely wrong there. Sorry its not a lot to go on :S
