    Urgent Stomach Problems
My stomach has been bloated for nearly over a week now, it feels very uncomfortale and looks as though I am pregnant. It has come to a point where it is now starting to hurt although the pain feels in a way as though there is something in front of the pain like I cannot feel the pain straight up I can feel something else next to the pain which I do not know what it is. After a week my symptoms have start to change as today I am feeling really tired although I do not know why? My stomach is really getting me worried as I do not understand why it is so bloated although I usually have a flat stomach and I am also not eating much and drinking lots of water. Please could you tell me what is the cause of this and how I can get my stomach to reduced bloatation. Even when I am hungry my stomach grumbles but it feels as though something is covering the grumble. I am really worried and really need to know what is wrong. Also, my pain starts to start from under my breast and when I stick my stomach out it becomes a bit hard specially under the breasts but it only feels hard when I push my stomach out. Please could you tell me the problem that has occurred and the cure for it please.

    Thank you.

You need to be examined, and you need to have medical testing. This could be anything, including a very serious problem.

Why haven't you sought medical treatment?

There's absolutely no way for anyone to give you a diagnosis on the internet. The only way to find out what the problem is, is to see a doctor.

No one online can possibly tell you why. There are too many reasons. But the most common and least serious is digestive problems producing gas, enough gas that yes, you appear pregnant and it feels hard. You could be unable to digest gluten (wheat), or you produce too much gas from certain other starches and sugars. Being constipated makes it worse, because you are supposed to pass gas several times a day, even silently. You could have a blocked gallbladder, you could have celiac disease, on the serious end, you could have an internal hemorrhage or a tumor(I just want you to know the range of not serious to serious).
And all those digestive problems can make you tired.
SO... first take some antacid. Cut down on starches and beans and bread and sugar. Make sure your bowels move. Make a doctor's appt.
