Eviction fre the right to know what the complaints are? Or om motel
If I rent a motel room by the month, and someone makes complaints against you, do you have the right to know what the complaints are? Are they suppose to tell you first or just give you notice 2 weeks before your rents up, even though you paid bt the month?

While the US Constitution guarantees the right to confront your accuser, that is for criminal charges. I don't think it extends to complaints against you give to a landlord.

Also, if this is actually a motel; and not an apartment, the motel operator has more leeway to just kick you out.

I would ask for a sitdown to discuss the complaint and see if they can be resolved. Otherwise start packing.

No there are no rights to know.

Yes they may evict you ( stop renting) for any reason or just no reason.
