My ex was just approved for social security disability. Child support paid me $3000 arrears out of his backpay. When I went to sign my daughter up on his disability they said I would receive backpay of $8000. Which I received this week. Now child support says there may be a mistake and I might have to pay back the $3000 for them to give back to him... I don't understand.. Can someone explain this please... I live in Kentucky
