I am late on my period by 4 days, I have a regular 28 day cycle so this is strange for me. I am on no birth control so am aware of the chances of being pregnant. However I completed a pregnancy test yesterday at my doctors surgery and it was negative. However I feel pregnant and just need advice. I am confused could I still be pregnant?
What type of test was it? A blood test ? Or a urine test?
A urine test normally will not show up correctly till about 2 weeks late.
Why were you at the doctor ? Stress and medial issues can cause a period to be late.
It was a urine test, they just used a stick thing instead of sending it to the lab, I was only at the doctor for that reason. I am getting period like cramps and tightens in my lower abdomen but no bleeding what so ever. I have had more discharge than usual as well.

Urine test at 4 days late is worthless, they do not send the urine test out, they would send a blood test out.
You need to be 14 days late to do a urine test properly, so wait about another 10 days and try a urine test at home with the first urine of the morning when you wake up,
