Ok so I miscarried on the 19th & I passed the whole baby sack & all. I stopped bleeding yesterday. I haven't seen an OB yet because I simply don't have the money. How can or would I know if I was carrying twins?

The time to know if you were carrying twins is way past now; that could only have been determined with an ultrasound while you were still pregnant.

Stopping bleeding is only half the battle, you need to see a doctor and be checked over to make sure everything is passed, and you need curetage or D&C to clean out your uterus.

How long can I can I wait?

I see that you miscarried. Only half of women who miscarry need a D & C. If you don't have a fever, I wouldn't worr about it.
