Ok, so have you taken a test?

Basically, what it comes down to is this... we are online. We can't diagnose pregnancy simply by you having symptoms. If you aren't even sure if you're pregnant, there is no possible way that we can know. The symptoms you are having could be imaginary, they could be from pregnancy, or they could be symptoms of many other things.

You need a test or better yet, you need to see a doctor.

A pregnancy test makes your heartburn worse? Peeing on a stick affects your heartburn, or am I not understanding what you're saying?

It's hard to be sure. Normally you take a test about 2 weeks after you miss a period. You say you don't have a period so now we have to go off your time line of having sex about a month ago. I guess with that information, you will need to wait a few weeks to take a test.
