My girlfriend is 70 days late on her period(bloating,fatgue,cramps)
Usual periods
Every other month severe pain on left side
October spotted one day then started 10 days later
Last period November 14
Taken 7 pregnancy test all negative
What could be causing her to not have a period and is there still a chance of her being pregnant?

She could be pregnant and there could be something else going on. Please make sure she goes to her doctor.

Thanks we made her an appt but its not till march
