I had a 20 week ultrasound yesterday & the dr said my placenta looked like 2 pancakes still attached but thin in between them. Cord coming from both. He said the growth of my baby could be an issue & it should be watched closely. He didn't seem overly concerned so I wasn't at 1st. But remembering a comment he made about maybe having to deliver early has me stewing. What would be the worst case scenerio? Could I be looking at having a premie? I will already be having a C-section due to a previous one, my age (42) & a hip issue.
