Hi,I'm so disappointed as my period came on Friday (16th) like I said it will.
I cried and cried... its really not easy to bear.
But I will continue to try again and wish that soon enough I will post that message that I am pregnant.
Please what do you think I should know.
Is true that I should not have sex immediately after my period,should I wait like 4 days... please someone should let me know something new.
I really wish I cld talk to someone to talk to.
I don't have friends,as I am new in Texas.
I am not working yet.Please help,I need to talk.

First off calm down take things one at a time :)
I don't know about waiting till 4 days after but it shouldn't really matter, maybe just not as fertile then.
Next the job... as far as work goes most stores like target, walmart, kmart always take applications as people do come and go so quickly.. try them
As for friends well it is not the same as seeing and being able to have real hugs when sad etc.. but they are a great bunch of people here you can be friends with.

Have you and your DH tried not having sex at all throughout the month except day 10 12 and 14 or whatever your o date is 2 days before the day of and the day after and leaving it with just that much.. if not you should try it. Also are you taking folic acid?

First of all Hun, you have to calm down and relax. I know what it is like living in a new place. I moved away to Alaska a long time ago, and I did not know anyone.

But you need to relax because this stress could be what is aiding you in not getting pregnant. Stress not only delays a period, but can stop you from getting pregnant also.

It is right that you should be taking a daily vitamin, and one that includes folic acid.

As for when you are having sex. Make sure it is not every night, only when you are ovulating. Which would be 12 - 14 days after the first day of your period.

Calm down and relax honey, you won't get pregnant this stressed out.

Also, how long have you been trying? It takes most women up to a year, and some more, before they get pregnant if they are trying. The ones who get pregnant right off the bat never even try.

Oh sweetie! I feel for you! My dh and I are also trying to conceive, and we recently moved to Alabama. I don't know many people here, and the ones I do know already have their friends. It can be very difficult to meet new people in a new town. I'm sorry you got AF and are so stressed out. I've been there many times! Try not to stress about it too much though. I'm very frustrated today because I am 7 days late for AF and am still testing negative on hpt's. This is the second time I've been through this. It is so difficult not knowing! Last time I missed my ovulation and my period. I can't imagine I would do the same thing 2xs in a matter of 3 months! I'm waiting until 10 days late to test again, and if I still don't get a positive, then I will call the doctor. So yes, I totally know how it can feel. Stress and worry and getting all worked up is the usually one of the biggest culprits of not being able to get pregnant.

Relaxation, meditation and even prayer if you believe in it can all help make a more peaceful and more relaxed atmosphere that will actually help you become pregnant.

Also my question like J9 is how long have you been trying. Many people including my wife and I, were so anxious trying and it always seemed to take forever and lots of disappointments but we finally had to let go and just relax. It finally did work out. Now we have a baby boy.

About 85 percent of couples it usually takes a full year of trying before actually becoming pregnant.

Thanks so much for your advice.I will do my best to relax,I always just find myself thinking about it but I don't know if that can be termed as stressing.
Someone said something about having sex around the ovulation days only and not again,(I mean just around ovulation in the whole month)will this work.

It is possible. Every other day. Only once in a day. If you both can orgasm at the same time can help as well.
